   select the batch (e.g. pj201804)
   pj – Purchase journal
   2018 – year
   04 – month of April
   click at Add New RecordRecommended Voucher Number format:
   201804001  – 2018 is the year, 04 is the month of April, 001 is the serial number.
2. The remaining step is the same as the Sales Journal
